Demand in these Oil & Gas regions is attributed to growing economies, new business formation, foreign investment activity and the recent acceleration of terrorism and insurgency.  Due to the complex (and often impenetrable) nature of certain countries and terrorist and insurgent groups, Risk Management and “Private Security Services are, for the most part, underdeveloped in these regions”.
